Introduction:
The state of Odisha faces numerous challenges related to environmental sustainability and economic development. One of the significant challenges is the inadequate housing infrastructure in rural areas. In response to this, the government of Odisha initiated a program to promote resilient, low carbon construction using fly ash for better environment and livelihoods in rural areas.
